Ludlow Food Festival
Held every year in Ludlow, Shropshire, England, the small town with the large reputation for good food and drink - this year's Festival featured more than 130 top quality small independent food and drink producers from the Marches, the England-Wales border country.
There were some new features, such as the Graeme Kidd Pavilion, the launch of the Graeme Kidd Bursary, and the launch of the new, exciting Taste Real Food UK - a membership organization for food and drink lovers throughout the UK. Not forgetting all the old favorites both inside and outside Ludlow Castle, including great demonstrations, talks, trails and much more.
Visitors could sample and vote for their favorite sausage or bread or ale, watch or take part in our Waiters' Race, engage in some serious pudding tasting, and taste some wonderful food that maybe they didn't even know existed.
Whether you are a serious foodie or someone who just appreciates good food and drink, there's more than enough at the festival to ensure that you, and your friends and family, have a great time. There's a wonderful festival atmosphere - and you'll certainly be able to taste the difference.
